I am a Photographer, Sailor, and I am from the San Francisco Bay Area. My first camera was a Nikon and I used it as if I was the next photojournalist and It was at this point my photographic journey started. All of that was put on hold though when I answered the call to serve my country in the US Navy where I went from looking at the world through a camera lens to a radar scope. After being on 3 ships, humanitarian missions for Hurrican Irma and Maria, and 1 deployment, I reignited my passion for photography and study the craft at the Academy of Art University along with added education from City College of San Francisco in journalism where I found myself being a visual storyteller that brings the human experience to my viewers.
